A Collage a Week Maybe?

Inspired by blogs like "A Collage a Day", I thought, "Hey! I want to try that." So I pulled out my scissors, magazines and glue and got busy...
Then I realized that a collage a day may be a bit ambitious for me right now. Soooo, I'm going to try one a week. I made one by hand last night then made a slightly different digital version today. The subject matter is rather heavy, but oh well. It bes that way sometimes.

Today's Cuteness

I'm sick as a dog with what I'm pretty sure is yet another sinus infection (an illness from the pit of hell that lasts for WEEKS). To be this sick is also to be quite lonely since I don't feel up to leaving the house and I'm blowing my nose or coughing every few seconds. So I really need something to make me smile today. This vid did the trick. Check out how the little pups all get into position. Although this vid is cute and brought a smile to my face, it definitely reminded me why I adopted an adult dog vs. puppies. I wouldn't even have the patience right now. Then again, you could always play some music rather than singing to them. hmmmm Either way, singing is apparently far more effective than screaming "SHUT UUUUP!" or burying your head beneath a pillow.
